Our Baby Leah turned 2!

Baby Leah turned 2 years old on Feb 15, 2007 at 10:47pm. She has brought endless joy to each of our lives. This pictures is Leah just hours after she was born. She was getting ready to get her picture at the hospital.

First Day home from the hospital on Feb 17, 2007. Mimi and Papa went out and bought ballons, a big yard sign, and lots of love when we got home to greet them.

We celebrated by starting our morning making "tantakes" and little dogs (sausage links). Each morning when Leah wakes up she informs me "leah eat tantakes" so we HAD to have them for her birthday breakfast. When then got all rested and ready for the big party at build a bear with friends and family.

Happy Birthday Angel! We LOVE you more than life!

Party Animals!

Leah had a TERRIFIC birthday this year with all her friends! We started out with pizza and cake and then marched down to Build a Bear for a fun and games. We want to thank all our friends for coming and celebrating this special day! Also, Leah got some really cool gifts too! Of course, she loved having all her aunts, uncles, cousins and her wonderful set of grandparents (Mimi and Papa & Grandma and Grandpa) to be there too! Leah sends her love and kisses to all of you (and you know baby Leah... she is a love bug)! A special thanks to Mama's friend, Maliah, for volunteering to taking the pictures with our camera so we can catch all these awesome moments!

Bahama Mamas!

We had such a wonderful time at the Paradise Island, Bahamas at Atlantis Resort.  The kids just had a ball!  They made sandcastles. rode water rides, played on the beach, got braids, drank coconut milk from a coconut, played with a bahamian band and danced in the marina.  There were so many lagoons, pools, aquariums and fun rides.  Daddy tricked Mommy into riding "Leap of Faith" and the whole park got to hear mommy scream all the way down a 4 story free fall water slide that went through a tank of sharks... yeah... good times!

Dolphin Cay

We all spent 1/2 day at Dolphin Cay and got to swim with Echo and Bimini, who were such sweet dolphins.  We got pictures of us giving them a kiss and hugging them.  We had fun feeding them fish too!  We learned some gestures and the dolphins would do tricks for us!  Don't we look super cool in our wetsuits?

Happy Birthday Mommy!

Mommy got to travel to Paradise Island, Bahamas and stay at beautfiul (and overpriced) Atlantis resort for her birthday. The pictures below is with my wonderful family as we go to mommy's dinner at the Marina. We had such a great time and I even got a serenade for my birthday (Noelle and the Bahamian waitstaff). Then Leah and Daddy joined in (ok Leah got camera shy but she sang to me all night).
