Christmas 2007

Santa was very good to Noelle and Leah this year. The only thing he forgot was an extra playroom to put all these toys! Noelle and Leah loved looking at the presents when they first woke up and Elizabeth came over to watch all the fun! Later that evening, we went for round 2 at Uncle Dwayne and Aunt Lana's house.

Noelle got to look into the boot!

Noelle loved Christmas this year... what kid would not want a bounce house? However, the first thing she wanted to look into was the "boot"... aka, christmas stocking. That is all she talked about since we hung them up. When I tried to threatened her Christmas eve night with Santa not bringing her any presents, she said, "I got presents now". Being a naughty Mom, I told her if she was not good, Santa would come get her gifts and give them to other kids, like her sister. That did the trick!

Leah's First Christmas

Leah loved her first Christmas. Even though, everyone else played with all her toys. That is Ok, the only thing she like was the Cheerios in her stocking and the Learn and Laugh Playhouse!

Poopy Peanut Butter Balls!

Noelle and Elizabeth made the easiest kid's food, peanut butter balls, for Christmas. It is so easy for kids... it is in every kid's recipe book (but so is homemade pizza, lasagna, etc.... all the good stuff :)
Noelle improvised by substituting chocolate for another brown substance that was on her hands. Yep... you guessed it! Christmas 2007 will forever be known as the christmas we made "poopy peanut butter balls"!
Of course, we dumped the batch and started over... this time using only chocolate. This time, not a single ball ended up being saved as they were all devoured by everyone! Yum!! Kiddie food is good!

Christmas Party

Noelle and Leah went to a Christmas party the week before Christmas. They heard some girls sing christmas songs, they decorated christmas cookies and got to talk to santa one last time.

I WANT PRESENTS!!!

We had a good Santa year... Noelle had no problem with sitting in his lap this year. Our fearless baby just looked at him without blinking twice. Santa sang Happy Birthday to Noelle and gave her a special prize for visiting. When asked what she wanted, she just told him "presents". He said, "easy enough"... but apparently, he says that to all the good looking kids :)

Party Animal!!!

Leah did not miss the party this time. She had a good time with Aunt Keri playing the racing car games!! She beat Momma and Noelle!

Big Kids Have More Fun at Fun City!

At Noelle's B-day party at Fun City, I do not know who was having more fun, the big kids or the little kids.

I am this many!

Noelle has trouble showing her first three fingers so she uses her first two fingers and her pinky... she flashing the Drummonds gang symbol.

Happy Birthday to Noelle!

Wednesday was Noelle's actual birthday. Even though she had fun at her Mickey Mouse Clubhouse party on Saturday, she got a full day today. Daddy stayed home and took Noelle and Leah to see Santa clause, buy a birthday bear at Build A Bear and finished the night off at Fun City with Bisbeth, Bella, Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Dwayne, Aunt Lana, Uncle Steve, and Aunt Keri. She made me play the Happy Birthday Song from her Mickey Mouse Party CD more than 40 times (no joking!). She told me she had fun on her birthday!

Christmas on the Square

Noelle and Leah went to the Fayetteville square on Saturday with Mimi, Papa, Uncle Steve, Aunt Keri, and Elizabeth. They had so much fun looking at the lights, riding in the carriage and riding the ponies!

Happy Birthday to Noelle!

Noelle had such a fun Mickey Mouse party! She had a little trouble with blowing out her candles but Bella helped her out! Noelle was excited to be with family and friends and have a great Clubhouse party! Meeska, Mooska, Mouska-party!

Fun at the Party!

Noelle had so much fun with some of her friends and cousins at the party. Of course the boys were distracted with video games but everyone had fun! Noelle thanks everyone for spending such a special day with her!

Never Too Late to Party!

Baby Leah slept through her sister's entire 3rd Birthday party. However, she was still in the party mood when she woke up. She put on her mouse ears and was ready to sing the hot diggity dog song!

Last Day of Fall Music Class!

Wednesday was my last day of Kindermusik for the babies... Next year, I am moving up with the big kids in the 3-5 year old class. Ms. Elizabeth has been my teacher since I started and she is so much fun! Thanks Ms. Elizabeth for a fun and musical year!

Encore! Encore!

You are my sunshine... Mama and I sing this every night before I go to bed.

Rock a Bye Baby.... or something like that!

First Night in the Big Girl Bed!

Noelle is prepared for the first night in her big girl bed. It was a early birthday present. She would have gotten the bed next month on her birthday but Leah had other plans for us. She decided to start pulling up so we had to say goodbye to the cosleeper and let her get the crib. Noelle was more than happy to make the exchange. Night-Night Minnie! Night-Night Bambi!

Sisters.... you love her but....

Noelle and Leah just love rolling around on each other but Leah will let Noelle know when she has had enough.... a fist full of hair will back Noelle off!

Happy Halloween!

Our Little Darlings just loved Halloween! This was the first year we let Noelle go trick or treating on our street and the neighbors' houses behind us. She loved it. Of course, she had Elizabeth, cat woman, to show her the ropes! Noelle kept saying "another house" when she was done. However, when we got back to our house, she had so much fun answering the door and giving candy to kids, she gave away her own candy because it was so much fun. She would sit on the front porch and ask "where da kids at, mama?". Leah loved the walk and looking at everyone dressed up... the minute we walked back to our house, she fell asleep... I think it was the cool night in her super soft chenille sheep suit being carried by mama and daddy that did it. I would say this Halloween was a smashing success!!!

Carving Pumpkins

Noelle and Elizabeth carved their pumpkins in anticipation for Halloween night. Elizabeth named hers Charlie and since Elizabeth carved Noelle's pumpkin eyes into slants, we named it Fong. So Charlie Lamey and Fong Drummonds will make their debut tomorrow night!

Sunday at the Zoo!!

Noelle, Leah and Cousin Elizabeth went to the Tulsa Zoo. It was a whole Sunday of fun. They rode the zoo train, carousel, and saw many wild animals... of which the chimpanzees were by far Noelle's favorite, though she got excited about the Lion. She walked around the zoo with her hand as a paw and kept saying "roarrrrrr".
