Push me one more time, Daddy!

Spring has Sprung... a leak.

First day of Spring in the beautiful region of Northwest Arkansas. You can see the drift on our fence. From our table, we had over 10 inches. The snow continued to fall all day to day and finally changed to freezing rain about 4pm. The kids played, built a good snow man and sledded down the drive way (little difficult since we barley have a hill). I made cookies and cocoa after they thawed out... what a way to celebrate the first day of spring!

Razorback Gymnastics

We took the girls to the final night of Arkansas Gymnastics at Barnhill Arena. They competed against Oklahoma. The girls found it just fascinating and fun!

Puppet Show

Noelle's preschool class put on a puppet show for all the parents. They had invitations which they handed out the week before and they put on a great show. Noelle was Pig #1 in the skit, "Three Little Pigs". She did such a good job too!

Our Baby is becoming a Big Girl!

Last night was the first night our little Baby Leah slept in a big bed. She kept crawling out of her crib in the morning and after nap time so it was time to move her. She was very excited and put on her princess gown and danced around the room singing "going to bed in a big girl bed". She slept all night and did not try to get up one single time. She skipped in my room at 7:50am this morning telling me she was a big girl and a good girl. I celebrated by taking her for a doughnut after we dropped Noelle off at school. I told her if she does good for one week, then I will let the girls attempt to sleep together at night. Sigh. However, I was expecting a sleepless night last night but it went GREAT! Oh, my baby Leah is growing up. Double Sigh.

Our little Performing Artist

Noelle took a drama class this past spring at Art Center of the Ozarks. We were going to wait until summer but we decided to start this spring. After 6 weeks, they put on a play for the parents and she did so good. They did some acting (like walking the dog, being cold, in a hurry, etc), dancing, and put on a small play which Noelle was a bunny rabbit. Everyone did really good and Noelle enjoyed the class ALOT. She is begging to take more drama and art this summer. Between that and swim lessons (and not possible T-ball), we will be very busy. Poor Leah, what will we do with her now... besides swim lessons!

Noelle taking a very early bow... she was very proud of herself!
