Happy 14th Anniversary to Mommy and Daddy!

Doug and I went to Hot Springs and Oaklawn for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary (which was actually on 18th but Doug was out of town). We actually had a rockin' good time! We came home a little richer from the horse track, stayed at the Arlington and had a couples spa treatment, and did a little shopping. Of course had a nice dinner and wine at Belle Arti!

First Big Girl Haircut

Mommy has always cut my hair but I wanted to try a big girl chair so I got nearly 12 inches cut last week. I got to sit in the big girl chair and get a new sassy hair cut to match my personality!!! Mommy got to save a lock (pic above) of my hair!

Someone call a doctor, I got Spring Fever

The time change threw Leah off a little bit so she slept all afternoon but Noelle flew a kite, rode her bike and played at the park. Leah did get a little tricycle time in early evening. We know Spring not here to stay but we sure enjoyed the sneak peak.

Baby Leah's 2nd year well baby checkup

Leah had her well baby check up with Dr. Youngblood 2 weeks ago. She has finally jumped onto the growth charts... she is now 5-10%... yea for our lil petite baby! She was also 23lbs so she is growing... most importantly, her weight and height are in great proportion! Everything looked great and she had her screening with Parents As Teachers and appeared well above her age developmentally for all the areas (gross, fine, intellectual, social, and language). We knew she was a smart baby... but look at that face... she is still the cutest too! No one can mistaken her very bright smile... oh, and the smiles she gets when she runs!

Valentine's Day Party with Noelle's Pals

Noelle had fun at her Valentine's day party at her preschool. They played games, had heart shaped twinkie snacks, and exhanged valentines and other gifts. Noelle was still in her bahama mama mode with her braids from Atlantis... but she made it back just in time for the party. Mama forgot her camera and had to use her phone camera... excuse the subpar quality of the pictures.
