Bogle Park

I did not know how I can just pick out 5 pics... Ms. Laurie is practicing on her mommy friends' kids and is looking to be a photographer. We were one of her lucky subjects and for an amatuer, she did a great job. We just wanted to share some of the pics from last week's shoots.

Father's Day

Ok... it has been a busy month and I have had no time to upload pics. I think the busy part is over but the bad news is... I thought I downloaded all the pics for this month and apparently I did not and lost them! I did salvage these from my phone camera. It was Father's Day and we all went for a day trip to Branson.... really White Water! However, when Noelle goes to Branson, she expects three things: 1. See the horses at Dixie Stampede, 2. Play Mini-golf, and 3. To eat Hot Dogs... not even Silver Dollar City for top 3! Since we were just up for the day, we took her to White Water and to Play Mini-Golf. We will be in Branson July 2-6th so she will have to wait on all the other stuff.

She would not take off her Hello Kitty Glasses at all!! Not when we ate or played mini-golf in a dark room. I do not know how she saw anything... but she looked cool doing it! We had a great Father's Day but now I have no pics with the "Man of the day"! However, Noelle, Leah and Mommy love Daddy very much and he is so special to all of us. We hope he enjoyed our gifts and attention that day. Noelle and Leah made him a special gift at the Decorate you plate place in F'ville. Noelle talks everyday about going back to paint more!

Getting Ready for the Big Dance!

Noelle is getting ready for her big Dance Recital, though this is not the finish product, doesn't she look just gorgeous!!!!! We still need to work on a less "rehearsed" smile... it is not quite as natural as it should be!

My adoring fans!

Noelle is so happy that her family came out to see her on her very special day. She loves you all and thanks you for your support! Especially Bisbeth, since that was the one person she was looking for after the show :) Bisbeth got her a yellow rose and Noelle will not let me touch it... it is long dead but she wants it to be displayed on her table. She already ate all the other gifts!!!!

Dancing Queen

Noelle had her 2nd dance recital and we are so proud of our little dancer. She wants to thank everyone for the wonderful gifts from her adoring fans. She told me to tell you that if all she needs to do is dance for you, she will do it more often to get M&Ms, ballons, and cookies!

Swimming Champ, part 2!

At this age, I could not get Leah to hold her certificate, she is much more interested in the free cookie after each swim practice! She did so good and could rival big sister! She can climb out of the pool (yes, even a little petite thing like her), float on her back, kick like a frog with the kickboard (which was her favorite in class), though we still need to work on blowing bubbles and doggy paddles... but she has got the feet kicking.... not like a fish but a little frog. Even Ms. Virginia thought it was too funny! Mama and Daddy are proud of our other little fish!

Swimming Champ!

Noelle finished her week long camp at the Swim Ranch! She learned to doggy paddle across the pool, float on her back, swim on her back, and climb in and out of the pool by herself. Hopefully, if she ever fell in she has learned to tread water doggy paddle or float to the edge of the pool and climb out all by herself. At the end of each lesson, all the kids got to play with the cool rafts and water toys and eat a cookie. Way to go to our little fish.

Next week is Leah's turn for the water babies class.

Working in the Yard

Noelle was such a big help to Mama and Daddy. She could not wait to plant flowers (and still is upset we are not planting tomato plants). She loved gardening with us! Leah wishes she could help but she was busy pulling the letters out of her puffy squares... she just enjoyed the sunshine!

Circus Fun!

Papa took Elizabeth and Noelle to a circus (according to Papa, it was a small budget one... but still fun for the girls). Noelle got a big dolphin and Bisbeth got a blow up pony.... that is all that matters to them... they did not come home empty handed.

She's got the scissors!!!

Noelle got a big ol' Cars Art preschool pad with watercolors, markers, crayons, and scissors for little ones. She was so excited to finally use scissors that she cut paper for 3 days straight during Leah's nap time (which is 3 hours).... she still loves cars and better yet she loves to cut, cut, cut!

Our little fishes!

Who is having more fun.... Noelle or Leah? We went swimming for Noelle but clearly Leah is having the time of her life!!!! Listen carefully to her giggles!

We did it for the Kids!!

Mommy and Daddy are not exactly "branson folk" but with kids, we tried it out and it was fun with them! We went to Silver Dollar City, Dixie Stampede, rode the ducks and played at the water park. The kids had a ball... mommy would consider going back just to shop the Landing. Noelle learned to play miniture golf ("mini-golf" as she calls it). She told me she was going to tell Gymboree to get a mini golf course... dream on kid!!! Noelle's favorite was Dixie Stampede as we had to go every night to talk to the horses in their stables. Her favorites were Beau ("boat" as she calls him) and Trouble (pictured with him below) .... how appropriate. When I asked Leah where the horses are, she gave me a weird look and pointed at them (as to say, "duh, mom, right behind you"). I wonder where she gets her cynacle attitude ;)

Happy Mommy's Day

Mommy had the best Mother's Day with her wonderful family. Momma's mommy ("MiMi") was up (with Papa of course) and we all went to get Pedicures (compliments from Papa). Noelle got her first little nailpolish while mommy got a spa pedicure. Noelle loved the flowers they put on her pink little toes. We took a walk at the Promenade and did a little shopping and little Leah was ready for the sunshine! I got so many nice things... I am so lucky to have a wonderful husband and two of the best little girls any mommy could dream of having... I love you!

Woooooooooooo Pig Sooie!

Red and White Game

We went to the Red and White game at Razorback Staduim with Uncle Steve, Aunt Keri and Bisbeth. It was a beautiful evening and at first Leah was less than enthusiastic (see pic below). But she saw that Houston Nutt is no longer the coach and decided to enjoy the game.

Emergency Response Trainee

Noelle and Leah attended the Emergency Response Fair in Bentonville. Noelle got to sit in a helicopter, firetruck, ambulance, national guard vehicles, and more. She walked through a simulated house that shows what to do in a fire, met a meterologist from 40/29, and got ID. All in one morning!

Farmer Leah

Leah went to Farm Friends this week. She had fun... she got to milk a model cow (yes, she milked it by herself... I had to tear her away), sat in a saddle, and saw cows, pigs, horses, bunnies, ducks, worms.... let's just say, this baby saw a lot!

All better now!

Leah went for her Post-Op check up and the doctor says he feels good that Leah's eye will have no more problems! Whew!
